Order Processing:
Ready Stock Items: Delivered within 3-7 business days after order confirmation.
Pre-Order Items: Delivered within 7-14 business days (subject to supplier timelines).
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
Tracking & Delays:
Tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Delivery timelines may extend due to public holidays or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
Customers will be notified proactively if delays occur.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Products are carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch.
Damaged/Missing Items:
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of damaged packaging/products for swift resolution.
1. Eligibility for Return:
Defective items (e.g., manufacturing flaws, non-functional).
Wrong items shipped in error by Dalmax.
2. Reporting & Return Process:
Report the issue within 3 days of delivery via email to dalmax.hardware@gmail.com
Return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
Item must be unused and in original packaging.
3. Resolution:
For Defective/Wrong Items:
We’ll cover return shipping costs ( Verified Defect ).
After inspection, we’ll arrange or ship a correct replacement.
If No Issue Found:
The item will be returned to you, and you will bear both outgoing and return shipping fees.
Proof of defect/error (e.g., photos/videos) may be requested for verification.
Policy updates will be reflected on our website.
